Jane Bassatt- Winchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who trained at The University at Buffalo, NY graduating in 2008.  She worked with youth involved with the Juvenile Justice System and their families and later with adults who were substance using, she went on to the Veterans Administration to work with homeless Veterans and in the last ten years has dedicated her energies to the clinical practice and oversight of an outpatient Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) clinic in San Jose, California.

It is in this setting that Jane has become a Specialist in the treatment of trauma of all types. She has been extensively trained in all Evidence Based Treatments for PTSD/ trauma: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is an EMDRIA approved provider and consultant in training. And additionally has completed the course work for the Perinatal Mental Health Certificate via Post Partum International.
